Non-presential car delivery
Simple and in just a few steps — all the process is managed via WhatsApp.
Upon arrival, the customer receives all the instructions to collect the car independently at the airport parking.
Presential car delivery
If the customer prefers, we will wait at the arrivals parking with an ACG folder.
The vehicle handover is completed directly at the airport parking.

How We Work:

The prices you see above are final prices with comprehensive insurance without excess. We ask that our clients have more than 23 years of age and more than one year of experience with a driving license, in the case of motorcycle rental we ask for a minimum of 21 years of age and a seniority with a car driving license of 3 years or more than a year with the A1 card. As you can see, you do not have the option of including “total” insurance since these prices include it. No last minute surprises.
You can check when reserving your vehicle that we request payment of 25% of the total reservation as a prepayment. The rest, at the time of delivery, in cash or card. If you book with the Non-presential rate, you pay the rest of the rent one day before your arrival.
Yes, we include it in our rates. The data of this second driver is added once the reservation is confirmed, in the link that we provide in the confirmation email.
Presential rate: We wait for our clients in the arrivals hall of the airport. The client addresses us and we deliver the car to him in the same airport parking lot. At the time of delivery we explain how to leave the car on the last day. No waiting, no transfers.
Non Presential rate: Upon arrival, you will receive all the instructions on how to pick up your car yourself in the arrivals car park. We have previously managed the process 100% online.
As long as you cancel your reservation at least 72 hours in advance of your arrival, the cancellation is free. The prepayment amount of 25% made would be fully refunded.
Neither in the reservation process nor in the delivery we ask for a credit card. A rent without deposit or withholdings.
